We'll want to know about your skills and experience, and whether you can understand your customers and work with your colleagues to deliver what they really need.
The things that matter to us are what you deliver and how you deliver it. Just as important is your development plan, because it makes sure you have the skills and knowledge to support both.
You'll be responsible for what you do and for your own development. Your manager will make sure you know how to do your best and help you achieve it. You'll have regular meetings with your manager to discuss your progress and review your objectives. And you'll be given a rating according to your performance for the year.
